Christmas Closure 2007
It's that time of year again when we say a big thank you to all of our clients for making 2007 another fantastic year for Ventura Homes!
The Sales Team at Ventura (including our display homes) are closed from 5pm Sunday 16/12/07 and reopens at 1pm Saturday 5/1/2008 and our office in Osborne Park is closed from 2pm Thursday 20/12/07 and reopens 8am Monday 7/1/2008.
We are looking forward to an exciting 2008 with new designs and display homes coming up in Baldivis, Hammond Park, Brighton, Ashby, Madeley & Mandurah.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year and looking forward to helping you with your new house plans in 2008!

Stamp Duty Relief!
After months of speculation the 2007 - 2008 Budget has finally announced some much needed Stamp Duty Relief for first home buyers!
Effective as of 9th May 2007 any first home buyer purchasing a vacant block of land up to $300 000.00 will pay NO stamp duty which can be a saving of up to $10 000.00!
This saving will help first home buyers to purchase a block, build their new home and get into the strong housing market.
Western Australia gained the most generous concessions in the nation by becoming the only state to provide a 100% stamp duty concession on the purchase of a median-priced house by a first home buyer.
No deposit home loans are also starting to feature again to further assist the first home buyer with finance options to build their new home.

Ventura Homes' exclusive 'LIVE Land Database'
Ventura is excited to announce its exclusive 'LIVE Land Database' is accessible via the web.
Two new services are provided. Both are free. The first is our LIVE Land Database. This is a land listing of exclusive blocks that Ventura Homes has secured using its own industry contacts and resources.
The second is the 'Ezibuild'. Ezibuild is a new package from Ventura Homes that combines the land that has been secured with house and land packages.
They are ideal if you are finding it hard to locate land, or if you are building in Perth from interstate or overseas. Ventura's LIVE Land Database and Ezibuild is an excellent starting point if you are buying a home for the first time and looking for a house and land package.
In conjunction with the LIVE Land Database, Ventura is starting a new email subscription system for new house and land packages that come online. This provides the best opportunity to take advantage of our new packages as they occur.

Happy New Year
Happy New Year and Welcome to 2006! Ventura is kicking off the year off by opening two exciting new display homes "The Mayfair" and "The Chandon".
The Grand Opening for The Mayfair is Saturday 14/1/06 and it is located on Chicago Street in Southern River. The Mayfair boasts four bedrooms, two bathrooms, private sitting room/lounge, central kitchen with living areas to the rear, double garage and many more features that you have come to expect from a Ventura home.
The Chandon is our new south-west display home which is now open and is located on Carnegie Street in Dalyellup. The Chandon has a stunning front elevation along with four bedrooms and a study, two bathrooms, alfresco, purpose built theatre, central kitchen and double garage.

Exciting, New 'The Boston' Display Home now open.
The latest display home built by Ventura - the most awarded family home builder of the decade - 'The Boston,' has opened in Ashby for public display.
Located at Monet Drive, Ashby, 'The Boston' is open for inspection Mondays and Wednesdays from 2pm to 5pm, plus Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm.
The features and benefits of 'The Boston' display home will be posted on our website shortly.

Ventura's New Display Home, 'The Manhattan' NOW OPEN
This exciting new home is located in Tamworth Boulevard, Baldivis.
The Manhattan is open for inspection on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2pm to 5pm and weekends from1pm to 5pm.

Ventura's New Display Homes soon to be opened.
This year has been a very busy year with the building industry moving so quickly. Notwithstanding this, Ventura intends to remain the industry's top designer/builder in family homes. Consequently, we are very excited to announce that our new and innovative display home in Baldivis is close to completion. The latest from our award-winning designers, the Baldivis home embraces a number of uniquely modern design concepts. They include an open plan living area with an integrated alfresco area that brings the outside, inside. Like many recent designs from Ventura Homes, the Baldivis display home will have a purpose-built theatre room. This has been specifically designed to be well away from the bedrooms and quite separate from the main living areas so that the degree of noise spreading to other areas of the house is reduced. The new Baldivis display home (yet to be named) is scheduled for completion and public inspection towards the end of June 2005.
Ventura Homes also announces the beginning of construction on two new display homes in Southern River and Ashby. Check here for future updates.

Lookout Display Grand Opening
The name says it all
The brand new 'Lookout' loft display home by Ventura, opens on Wentworth Parade at Success this weekend (12th and 13th February 2005). The Lookout will be open from 1pm to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays and from 2pm to 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
This stylish, easy-living, display home from Ventura features 4 huge bedrooms, a hotel style ensuite, a very functional second bathroom along with huge living areas on the ground floor plus a brilliant activity and study space within the loft.

Closing down over Christmas
Any one still hoping to find plans of their new home in their Christmas Stocking will need to get out & about to our display homes soon.
All of Ventura's Display Homes will be closed for the Christmas Break from 5pm, Sunday the 28th November 2004 until Saturday the 8th January 2005. Our Sales Team will also be taking leave for that period so if we can help with anything then please drop into one of our displays or send us an email before we close for Christmas.
As previously mentioned "The Bolero" located in Port Kennedy will be closed permanently as the new owners take possession and move in, so if you would like to have one last look please do so before the 28th November 2004. "The Bolero" is only open on Sundays from 1pm to 5pm.
Also closing permanently in the coming months are displays the "Valley Retreat" in High Wycombe and the "Dynasty" in Busselton.

The Bolero's Last Days
After almost two years on display, Ventura's Port Kennedy Display Home "The Bolero" will be closing shortly. If you haven't yet had the opportunity to visit this award winning home or if you want one last look before the doors close, this will be your last chance.
The Bolero design is a new age concept focusing on both low maintenance living and outdoor entertainment. While it isn't your traditional family home, it has been hugely popular for singles, young couples and retirees because of its low maintenance living concept. Opening times for this home only have been shortened from the usual opening times and will only be open for inspection on Sundays from 1pm - 5pm for the coming weeks. Sunday the 28th November will be The Bolero's last open day before its new owners will take possession.
